OMGM LTD
Terms of Use
Website terms, platform licences, intellectual property, payments and royalties.
Last updated: 29 October 2026About these terms
These terms apply to your use of omgm.io, operated by OMGM Ltd (“OMGM”, “we”, “us”). Our registered office is Cherry Tree Court, Cross Street, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 6BL, United Kingdom. Contact hello@omgm.io or use our contact form.
OMGM develops media brands, products, platforms and commercial partnerships. This website provides information and a way to enquire. Sending an enquiry does not create a partnership, agency relationship, licence or obligation to transact. Do not use this website if you do not agree to these website terms.
Commercial agreements
Platform access, product supply, licensing, commercial services, revenue sharing and partnerships are governed by a separate written agreement with OMGM. That agreement sets the scope, duration, fees, territory, permitted users, reporting, responsibilities, termination rights and any applicable service commitments.
Where these website terms conflict with a signed agreement concerning that arrangement, the signed agreement prevails. Statements on this website do not replace agreed contractual terms or guarantee any level of audience growth, sales or revenue.
Platform ownership and licences
OMGM’s proprietary platforms, software, source code, interface designs, workflows, documentation, graphics and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights owned by OMGM Ltd. Third-party materials, open-source components and a customer’s pre-existing materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Our platforms are licensed under contract, not sold. Access, a white-label presentation, installation on your domain, payment of fees or participation in a royalty arrangement does not transfer ownership. You receive only the use rights expressly granted in your agreement. A licence is non-transferable and does not permit sublicensing unless the agreement expressly allows it.
Except where your signed agreement or mandatory law expressly permits, you must not:
- Clone, copy, reproduce or recreate an OMGM platform or a substantial part of its protected code, design, assets or documentation.
- Use platform access or supplied materials to create an unauthorised replica, derivative product or competing copy.
- Resell, rent, redistribute, sublicense or make access available to unauthorised people.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble software, bypass access controls, extract source code, or remove ownership, copyright or licence notices.
- Use automated extraction or scraping to reproduce protected platform content or circumvent usage restrictions.
Any permitted use ends when the relevant licence ends, subject to the agreement’s transition, export, retention and deletion provisions. Nothing here transfers ownership of your own pre-existing content or data to OMGM, overrides third-party licence terms, or restricts statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable interoperability and other copyright exceptions. Rights in ideas, functionality or independently created work are governed by applicable law.
Payments through Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments for OMGM fees, products or services where payment is due. The applicable agreement, invoice or checkout sets out the amount, currency, taxes, payment schedule and any authorised recurring charges. Stripe may process payment and identity information under its own terms and privacy notice. OMGM does not store your full payment-card number.
Commercial billing, disputed amounts, credits, cancellation and termination are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law. No recurring payment is authorised solely by visiting this website or submitting an enquiry. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Royalty payments and reporting
Royalties owed are paid on a 30-day basis in accordance with the applicable signed contract. The contract determines the accounting period, the date from which the 30-day payment timetable runs, reporting requirements, calculation method, currency, payment method, taxes, permitted deductions and treatment of refunds, reversals, chargebacks or disputed amounts.
Only royalties due under that agreement are payable. A royalty payment or revenue share does not transfer OMGM’s intellectual property or create rights beyond the agreed licence. Any audit, reconciliation, minimum payment or withholding arrangements must be stated in the applicable contract.
Website copyright and brand assets
© 2026 OMGM Ltd. All rights reserved. Unless otherwise identified, the original text, designs, logos, illustrations and software on this website belong to OMGM Ltd or are used with permission. You may view the website and make reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation of our business. Commercial reproduction, distribution, adaptation or use of our brand assets requires written permission, except where law permits otherwise.
References to other brands do not transfer their rights to OMGM or imply their endorsement. Nothing on this website grants a licence to an OMGM platform, trademark or other intellectual property beyond the limited website-use permission above.
Acceptable use and enquiries
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, send spam, or submit unlawful material or information you are not entitled to share. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or others.
Please provide accurate contact details. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material through the general enquiry form. Submission does not create a confidentiality agreement, but we handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain your rights in material you submit; you permit us to use it only as reasonably necessary to consider and respond to your enquiry.
Third-party services and commercial links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their availability or content. Where we publish paid placements, affiliate links or sponsored content, we identify the commercial relationship where required. A commission or commercial relationship is not a promise of suitability or results.
If another business is identified as the seller, your purchase agreement is with that business. Where OMGM is the contracting provider, we remain responsible for our own contractual and legal obligations.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care with the website but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free access or that all information will remain current. We may update or suspend the website for maintenance, security or other reasonable operational reasons. Website material is general commercial information, not legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to business users for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue or lost business opportunity arising solely from use of this informational website. Liability for paid services and licensed platforms is governed by the relevant agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not remove your mandatory statutory rights.
Law, disputes and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any different dispute-resolution terms in your signed agreement, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to protections and proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
For a concern or complaint, contact us using the details above. We may update these terms for future website use; the updated date appears above. An update does not retrospectively change a signed commercial agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
